Hello All! I am new here... Well kind of. I've tried this before and life got in my way, so I fell off the weight loss train! Hopefully I can keep it up this time, and meet my goal. I just need to overcome my laziness and kick my sweet tooth.. I wish everyone good luck on their journey! :]]

    Welcome. I've registered like a year ago but just go serious in the last month and all I can chalk my weight gain up to is laziness and a sweet tooth. This is by far the easiest plan I have ever done.

    THIS IS LIFE!

    No, I don't mean we should all be chained to our keyboards typing away on MFP in order to live. I mean we're nothing without our health. Think of all the things you love - your family, your friends, your passions, your hobbies. Now take away your health. It's not a pretty picture.

    This can't be about counting calories for a while. It has to be about adopting habits that are sustainable for a lifetime. Habits that flow in sync with the rest of your life.
