and maybe give me some feedback on how it looks? I know I have some blank spots but I probably wasn't near a computer and couldn't log and by the time I was near one, forgot what I had to eat.

    I've never really thought about it because I don't add salt ever, even when cooking, but I know foods do have salt in them and I just never really paid attention.

    Some thoughts:
    -Are you getting enough calcium? I didn't see much dairy in there, besides cheese once and a while.
    -A little more fruit perhaps?
    -Fish is recommended 2x a week. It's a great source of nutrients and would be a good thing to add.

    Great job staying within your calorie goals! I also see you're getting your veggies in :flowerforyou:

    Make sure things are being logged accurately.

    I don't think two cups of spaghetti noodles are 200 calories. Typically 1 cup is 200 calories.
