mine happens to be great legs....I always had muscular legs as a kid....running track and cross country in Jr High and High School helped too. My current lifting workouts do not include legs because the elliptical and stair machine have made them toned enough for me right now.

I am with you on the legs, even at my heaviest my legs where shapely and they are long, running, biking and body weight exercises have been very kind to them and I love the definition I have in them now.

A nice, big, huge heart. That refuses to quit when everything else is opposing.

Secondly, I'm glad I have eyes to enjoy my MFP Friend "Eye Candy".

Uhm... trick question? I just call them great hips. I don't know about the wide part.

My mental drive. I don't quit. Everything else is hard work. Some things show great results, others do not.

    fitness related huh?

well non fitness related are pretty obvious...

but fitness related....I guess my joints. I'm blessed with being extremely flexible (no matter what weight I was) and I have vitrually no joint pain ever on top of that (except for some tightness during a certain time of the month)

for almost being 40 I'll take it.

Not sure if I follow you... we are all born with the attributes, we all make decisions that lead to a different path. If you were a runner, athlete, I am sure that you will have strong legs. On the other hand, you may have a sibling, born with the same genetics that became a "coach potato"

For me, I am the most grateful in having the brain capacity to be able to plan, prioritize, and problem solve, which has led me on my current path.
