  • I have a polar and it was easy do set up and as long as I remember to change my weight when I lost It's great. My sister has a garmin and she said it was easy to set up too. We both love the one we have.

I just got the Polar FT4 on Monday, super easy to set up. I got it at ****'s Sporting Goods, for under $100.

    Edited to add:

I just got the Sportline, um 7 function one. Been using it about 4 days now and I really like it. The first day was a little difficult, I think I was pushing the heart rate tester too hard, so wasn't getting readings. Took some practice but I can get it every time now. I like it cause, I really don't know where I would put a chest strap, that real estate doesn't have vacancies...

I took the sportline back, and went and got the polar. it is SUPER EASY....I got it at sports authority, it was just over 100, with tax and all. the set up was a breeze and started using it right way. Now time to put it to the real test and work out.
