Working the back

Can I get some advice here? I've been lifting weights for about 2 years now. I use free weights and also my Bowflex. (No hating on the Bowflex please, I LOVE it).
Anyway, my arms and legs are pretty muscular, as are my shoulders. But my back has NOTHING. What am I missing?

You're getting there!!!
I do cable rows, bent over dumbbell and barbell rows, hyperextensions, and lat pulldowns (all heavy except hyperextensions which are bodyweight) to work my back.0 -
Snatches, snatch balances, snatch grip deadlifts, over head squats bent over rows, pendlay rows, kroc rows, suit case rows, pull ups, crucifixions, etc0

When working back you have to concentrate on working your back. Alot of people don't do this.0

I do many of those exercises - maybe I am not concentrating hard enough on the back muscles.
I can do some chin ups, but can't do a pull-up without assistance...

I find this to be true for me. I like to drop some weight from my max and extremely focus on form for at least the last full set. I can usually feel the results the next day.0 -

Alright, somebody that knows some stuff. I love doing heavy barbell rows followed up by sets of kroc rows with a heavy dumbbell that I can get at least 15 reps but usually around 20 reps with on the first set. Can never go wrong with pull-ups.0
