    Ran about 3.1 miles today on the treadmill. W9D1 of Couch to 5k! Two more sessions, then I start 5k to 10k!!!

    Hi all,
    just found this group thread! What a great idea! I really could use the motivation and accountability of this kind of program.
    I can start tomorrow..and will try to get as close as possible to 50 miles as possible...

    Any advice on time of day, number of times per day, or how you maintain the daily commitment, please reply and let me know of your experience.

    I have a Fitbit, and will be walking my difficult to walk woofer....I have thought about ditching him, but, in the long run, I think he keeps me from being bored, and he loves it as long as no other dogs come within 40 feet of me!
