Looking for new friends with similar style/goals

I am working on fat loss, whole food eating and gaining strength/muscle. I'm also working on repairing my metabolism, lowering my cortisol/stress level and getting away from obsessive calorie counting and using intuitive eating and signals instead.

Anyone who is looking to avoid sugar and processed foods, eat lots of veggies, proteins and healthy fat with only some fruits and carbs and exercise to gain strength and muscle and would like a new friend, please contact me!
