    I do between 4 and 5 hours of cardio per week and lift weights for about 3 hours per week. I think I've got working out covered addy17:)

    You also get a higher allotment of sugar if you work out. Just sayin'... :)

    Thanks all! I removed sugar. Can you edit your percentages? Mine only has me targeting 15% of my calories from protein and that IS RIDICULOUS! I know I can ignore it, but I'd rather change the percentages (up protein, lower carbs). I know I do lots of cardio a week but I also lift a lot, so it should require more protein.
    I've tried to find a way to do this in the settings many times and haven't found it.

    Yes you can change the percentages. It's located in the goals tab.

    This will help you adjust settings and take the sugar off, if you don't want to measure that.
