My reward for losing the next 9 lbs is to buy Insanity. Hopefully I will be in a little better shape by then and can actually do them. I'm in the 1st week of Slim in 6 - Burn it Up! right now. How long are the videos and how many different videos are there?

Hi! I am on round 3 of Insanity and I lost 14 lbs. round 2 and 11 inches overall. I love it and I think you would be wise to try it out. The month 1 videos average about 41 minutes which includes warm up and cool down. Then you have 1 week to recover and its about 35 minutes long if I am not forgetful
Month 2 workouts are super super hard and last an hour but that is where you see the most weight loss. I can't wait for you to start it. If you do decide to purchase you can contact me as I am a new Beachbody coach and can have you signed up on my site and get you 10% off your purchase. Just message me when you are ready

Thanks so much. I said I was going to wait to buy it but I'm getting more excited all the time thinking about trying it. I've done Slim in Six for many years off and on and I love it but I'm getting bored already. I'll let you know when I think I'm ready.0

I know that you are going to have a lot of people trying to sell you Insanity now that you've posted this, but I also recommend you check Craigslist or other online markets. I found an Insanity pack in my area that someone had just opened, but never even used for half the price than anyone else. Check around.0

I'm not trying to talk you out of Insanity, but if you like Debbie Siebers and are just bored with Slim in 6, you might want to think about her program for after SI6: Slim Series. It's still cardio and light resistance, but there's more of a focus on strength training, and there are six workouts that can be arranged in a multitude of ways. I'm also a Beachbody coach. I haven't done Insanity, but I've done Slim in 6, Slim Series, Power 90, P90X, Yoga Booty Ballet, and a few others. So far, Slim Series is my absolute favorite. That said, I'm probably going to give TurboFire a whirl here pretty soon, but I am fully prepared to still love SS the most. :-)0

i did insanity, loved the gains in being physically fit, but i must warn you...i gained weight.....3-4 lbs and then only lost the same 3-4 lbs....it is definitly a fitness workout, but you really need to eat, track your measurments, (the way your clothes feel)...I have just started p90X and I like the weight part of it...hoping that will help boost my metabolism...and remember to eat what you burn...or you will defeat your excercise...Good luck with what ever you choose...0
