  • Hi, after losing almost 20 pounds last year I put almost half back on :( but I am starting my spring routine this month. Why did I wait so long? because I battled pink eye for a month! Youch!
    But I have a home treadmill, exercise bike and weight machine. No excuses right? Wrong! I got a late start because I have no energy and tell myself I'll start tomorrow, then when tomorrow comes I say the same thing. But it is only me who can change that! So in almost tears I climb onto the treadmill and did 15 min. Not real fast but hey at least it was a start. So I am now doing 30 min at a good pace, I'll slow down a bit then I'll speed up again. I'll do this until I get more conditioned. I can't go all out because I'm a cardio patient, I take meds to control PVC's and PAC's. I have an undetectable Mitrol valve prolapse and heart Murmer, it used to be worse but has gotten better through the years and now they say it is like at a +1 or undetectable but I still get the skipped heart beats.
    Sorry my post is so long but I want to share my life with you all and we can help each other!
