My name is Leesa, just started my weight loss thing.... 1st day
Went to the gym... fun! Burned 235 cal on the bike and also did some weight training but I don't know how to add that to my excercise or if it even counts? Came home and the hubs buys me a Filibertos carne asada burrito.... thanks Bruce!
I only ate half.... :blushing: But did drink 67.6 oz of water!! Not much of a water drinker, so I'm happy.
Now settling down with a glass of wine and that pretty much took up my calorie intake for the day.....
....guess I'll be eating celery and grapes for dinner...

    love when husbands do that! lol!

    if you can drink about 1-2 litres of water a day that good. keep ur body hydrated as much as possible! if you can, get 500ml bottles of water and just fill them up throughout the day. its the best way to keep track :)
