    YES!! I'm signing up for a gym membership Tuesday and planning to work out 5 days a week probably 8-10ish, so about two hours a day, probably treadmill, 5 days a week. Maybe some swimming if I still fit in my swimsuit!!. Also, am planning to eat mostly spinach salad with cranberries, bleu chz, and balsamic vinagriette (you can buy the mixture at Kroger, comes with 2.5 servings and usually about $3-$3.50), grilled chicken, tuna, and eggs. Eggs mostly for breakfast. Plan to bring my lunch to work everyday. Plan to only drink water unless I'm at a bar. I've been drinking mostly sparkling water (cheap at wal*mart, 68 cents for 33.8 fluid ounces, then you can refill it with regular water if you want, I think the 12 packs are at $7). I stepped on the scale and nearly had a heart attack. If I have a snack, planning to eat cinnamon cashews or dark chocolate almonds (I know not great, but better than the dark chocolate dove bars I've been eating) or Chobani yogurt (but I need chocolate sometimes).

    Any suggestions, tweaks, etc? Anyone else interested in the plan.

    I plan to be 30 pounds lighter in four months if not sooner.

    bump for interest (also went to gym and got a six day pass just to try it out for free until Tuesday and then decide if I wanna join! Yay!)
