What Would You put my Activity Level as?

I originally used the IIFYM TDEE calculator to get my TDEE. It allowed me to put in how many minutes I did things (such as sleep, sit, walk, run, etc) so I just calculated my activity level from that and got about 2500 cals on work days and 2000 cals on non work days. I am now down probably 15 pounds since I originally did that and wanted to recalculate my TDEE however now IIFYM site has switched to you normal Do You Exercise 3X a week, 5 X a week, not at all, etc, and I don't know what to put.
I work at a job where I stand all day, lift dogs onto and off of my grooming table/bathtub, arms get a work out from blowdrying, scissoring, brushing. Work days are usually 8 hours though during slow times sometimes 6 or something. I also ride horses 5-6 days a week. I ride competitively in jumpers so my rides are nearly always good schooling rides (rather than say, relaxing trail rides) and rides are 30-60 mins (plus the brushing, picking out hooves, lifting saddles onto them) and are slightly cardio, and slightly muscle work. I am currently not working out however I do want to get back into weight lifting about 3 times a week with a 5-10 min cardio warm up.

So what would you put my activity level at without weight lifting, just work and riding?
What would you put it at with weight lifting 3 times a week, work and riding?
THanks!
