Used to use calorie count, but this seems a bit more user friendly and portable. I guess we'll see. I started my first workout program of my life a little over a month ago. Power 90, the predecessor to P90X. I started at 259 pounds, and to date I have lost 26 pounds and five and a half percent body fat. I had a short term goal of 230 pounds, which I am three pounds from achieving. But when I do get there, I'm not stopping until I reach my ultimate goal of 215. Heck, maybe not even then. OK, that's it. Hello to one and all.

I still use the power 90 for my quick at home workout. It is good exercise and doesn't kill you.
Good luck on your weight loss journey.0
