Exercising really late at night?

So I've been exercising after work, which means at 1am. I am done around 2-2:30 and in bed by 4-5. I wake up most days about 12-2pm for work. Anyone else have a similar schedule?
Also, do you find that exercising this close to bedtime gives you nightmares? I've only recently been getting them and the only thing I can think of would be either my PWO meal and/or my muscles healing after the W/O.

I've only heard people having nightmares on Craze. I've never had the problem when I was doing gym after my night shift ended. Does your PWO meal have a lot of sugars?0

I exercise fairly late, though not as late as you (10/11pm, usually done around 11pm/12am.) I haven't had the nightmare thing happen... I've noticed I'm remembering my dreams a lot more once I wake up and they're much more vivid.
Just curious, what do you do for work?0 -
I am at the gym from 3am - 4pm, in bed at 5am. Up at noon, no nightmares here as far as I know.0

I'm a cook, so I work nights. Usually get home between 11-midnight. I enjoy working out this late. I go to a 24 hours gym and it is ALWAYS empty at this time. Maaaaybe one other person... I love it.
Now that you mentioned it, I did notice the foods I eat after I W/O are higher is sugars. That probably contributes to my weird dreams. They are usually based around survival along with someone trying to kill/hurt me. It's freaky. I had a dream the world was actually ending and I watched a younger female punch her stomach to kill her unborn baby......LIKE WTF is that all about..0 -
Bet the gym is amazingly quiet at that time!!0

I just looked up CRAZE and that is something I wouldn't even consider buying. Most far I would go to use is protein powder, but even then sometimes it gives me a stomach ache..0

Sure is, and the music and tvs are left on, it's great. I can run around and do silly things without having to be self conscious haha.0 -
When I exercise before bed I end up sleeping like the dead. Heh0

I use to exercise that late at night because that was the only time my husband was home for me to go to the gym, but I was up at 6 am. Now I just exercise at home. Never any nightmares though0
