They had a meeting today, with tons of chicken express.. The boxes are in the back.. I'm the only one at work.
I was told I could have whatever I wanted.. Big mistake.
Now I'm fighting my inner demon trying to keep him from coming out and causing hell on those boxes.. Someone help me lol
I only have 450 calories left so it's a no go for it.

Get a pen and paper and write down ALL the thoughts that cross your mind as to why you want/must eat the food; then write all the reasons why you don't want to/shouldn't eat it...then post the results here.0

Find something else to focus on. That stuff is not your problem and temptations are easier to ignore when you have something important to do that occupies your time and mind.0

LOL this is so silly but when I am tempted by something I just like 2 pints of water in a row to give me a bloated feeling so then I don't want to eat AND calorie free :happy:0

You know the complaints about the guy who cooks fish in the microwave, the guy who farts and shuts the door when leaving and holds it shut, and the guy who everyone asks the toughies on the crossword and knows it every time? Yeah, that's me... But I'm trumped ten times over by the *kitten* 30 inch waist high metabolism guy who eats subs and wings every day for lunch and who brings bags of chocolate and candy and leaves it on the table for everybody....JERK!
I actually have a couple of fat guys (Fatter than me I should say) complaining that I spend too much time in the company gym at lunchtime...which I'm not, they just hate Im losing weight. All I can say is stay focused...its all about YOU.0 -
If you don't want to eat it, just don't eat it. You have to convince yourself that it's simple as that, because it actually is. It might be really tempting, but you have a goal, right? Just remind yourself why you're doing this.0
