Sugar problems!

Hello everyone!

The last two weeks I have been really pleased with my diet. I have got into the habit of measuring everything and ensuring I have the right mix & levels of food groups. However - I ALWAYS seem to go over my sugar limit - this is mostly from fruit.

Anyone got any tips/ pearls of wisdom as to whether this is really a big problem? Even if I eat 1 or 2 bits of fruit it always pushes me over the sugar limit. I don't really want to stop eating my fruit as I love it!

Tips?

  • Eat fruits lower in sugar if you are worried and don't want to cut them out.

I am the same way, no matter how well I limit sugars, I seem to go over also, but not by much though!

This is the case with me, as well. In less you have medical issues that require you to stop consuming sugar and as long as they're natural sugars, it shouldn't be too bad. I'm always over. I eat a lot of fruit, but very little refined/processed sugar.

Thats reassuring to know guys, thanks very much!
  • Its not such a huge problem to bother. You just take care that it shouldn't rise beyond the levels to create problem. As long as its within limit You can have Your fruits.
