Do you save recipes posted here, where and how?

See the subject line. :)

Do you save recipes that are posted in the various threads? How are you saving them? I'm trying to figure out the best way to be organized with some of the yummy and healthy ideas I see posted here.

Thanks!

I copy and paste them into a word document and then have a folder in My Documents where I keep them. I also print off the one I am planning on making and keep it in my cookbook.

I copy and paste them into Microsoft Word, or Pages. I also just write them down on an index card if I have enough time and toss it into the recipe box.

I know this only applies to recipes that have a link to a webpage, but I always try to find a way to post it to my Pinterest account. That's how I track most recipes I use.

If you have a Mac you can take a screen shot of the recipe (command+shift+4) and just print it out that way... There's a way to do a screen capture on a PC, but I'm not sure how. I'm sure it'd be easy to find out how by using Mr. Google.
And as others have said you can just copy and paste into a word processing program.

I think on a regular PC, you just hit the "Print Screen" button. I think it needs to be held down for a second, because if you just press it quick it only "copies" the page and won't print it.

I use Evernote to organize all the recipes, from here and elsewhere. I like that it syncs over all my devices so I can look up my recipes even at a friend's house, and I can add tags to them and stuff. :)

I have a recipes folder in my bookmarks. I just add the thread to that folder. The thread title usually describes the recipe but if not, I can change it so I know what recipe it is.

You know I've clipped entire webpages with Evernote, but I'd forgotten you can clip just text... I might have to try this.

I've been in a smoothie making mood and want to search the site. Will try this and report back!

Like many of the posters I copy to a word doc, and make the receipe name a hyperlink. Add an index page as page 1 where i add all the hyperlinks. So I only need to look thru the first page then one click I am in the receipe I want. Saved it in Dropbox then I can access anywhere.

Oh wow Evernote clipping is really cool. Highlight text, either right click or click on the elephant in the right hand part of the navigation bar in Firefox, add. I've made the Recipe notebook public

    https://www.evernote.com/pub/wowie/recipes

I guess one of these days I'll probably end up making a notebook just for MFP, but for now everything's together.
