Feeling down but ready to get back on the wagon

Hi all,
Ever since Christmas (and New Year, when my other half broke his leg) I've been struggling to stay motivated. I've put on a little weight but nothing to worry about. 3lbs or so.
I've broken all the willpower I once had. I'm drinking alcohol again, failing to resist cake/chocolate/crisps/dessert and I have no motivation to go to the gym or out running.
Tonight I am going to circuit training and tomorrow I have a session with my PT. Last year he helped me to lose the majority of my weight but when I started my own business I decided he wasn't a necessary expense and until I was up and running I'd have to go without. I've done okay without him but now that I can afford the luxury of a PT it seems stupid not to have one.
No exercise and bad food habits have left me feeling lethargic, miserable and flabby.
I'm back on it now. 9lbs to lose by the end of June (to put me at a normal BMI - although BMI is a load of cr*p) and two stone (28lbs) in total.
I'd love to have more friends on here so feel free to add me!

I have fallen off the wagon more times than I can count. You are taking the right step by getting back with your PT. You CAN DO IT!0

Good on you for getting back up and at it again! I have highs and lows in my motivation for losing weight. Every time you get going again, it's a victory all on its own. Feel free to add me if you like.0

Thanks all!
Sort of getting a bit excited about working out tonight. It's going to be hard but it's going to hurt so good.0
