    I agree with tip 3. I mostly eat healthy (two of my meals and one of my snacks per day are vege/fruit based) but I just don't want to live a life where i can never eat fastfood :( I may not want to eat if often, but I want to be able to have a cheeseburger once in a while.

    The rest are all great ideas and could be valuable tips for adding more nutrition and cutting out a lot of junk from ones diet

    ^^ yeah i completely agree with you! i don't want to cut anything COMPLETELY out of my eating habits because I want to be able to eat whatever I want...in moderation/rarity...but I thought the ideas were great for those looking to help boost their own eating habits!
