How to log BODY PUMP as exercise

Hey - does anyone have a magic formula for how I could log a YMCA Body Pump class? Or do I need to break down all the individual exercises I completed? I guess I hoped there would be a lovely magic "Body Pump" button to click, but no such luck...!!!

I wonder the same thing! I do Les Mills Pump at home and because it's cardio and weight training together, I just log it under cardio. I use a Bodybugg/BodyMedia so I do get a good calories burned count and I just log how much weight I lifted for each exercise in the notes section so I can keep up with it. I wish we had a better way to log these types of workouts!0

I take a BODY PUMP class every Friday morning....I wear my HRM and just created my own exercise for it in the database...I just manually enter in my time and calories burned for that class
If you know your calorie burn-your best off to create your own exercise in the data base.
If you dont know your calorie burn--you should look into a heart rate monitor for better accuracy when it comes to calories.0 -
I go off my hear rate monitor I burn between 250-300 a session0
