Cooking with kale?

My mom brought me a big bag of kale...and I have no idea how to cook with it. I've never even had it before. Any suggestions for me?

    kale chips are easy. mix kale with a little olive oil and salt. lay in one layer on cookie sheet and bake at 425-450 for about 15min. i eat them straight or add them to omelets.

    For even less calories, I just spray them with olive oil Pam... calorie free!
