College student finally saying that enough is enough

Helloooo everybody. My name is Rachel and I am finally determined to lose the weight that I put on in college. Just some quick facts about me: I'm a biomedical sciences major/public health minor, I have the cutest border collie ever, I sometimes have a hard time eating healthy and exercising (but that's why most of us are here, right?), and I live in Tampa, Florida!

My stats:
Height: 5'1"
CW: 155lbs
UGW: 100lbs

I am doing Insanity right now and am on Day 3! I also have a BodyMedia Link armband... but my band broke so I am waiting for a new one to come in the mail1

I love new friends on here and I super promise to be active :)
