Hi! My name is Emily & I'm on here to improve my eating and exercise habits. In the past I struggled a lot with eating and I rapidly lost a lot of weight. I have gained some back and I want to get back to my old body. I play tennis and I enjoy exercising, so I am excited for this journey. I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds.

hi Emily, I'm Linda. I too just started on this quest. I have changed my way of cooking and joined the YMCA to help with my exercise. I enjoy the water, so I do alot of the water aerobics or the deep water run classes. So far it is going well.
I'm very easy going, so you won't get any smart remarks from me. I hope you accomplish your quest. keep in touch. lo0 -
