    Hey everyone!

    So I've only lost 13 pounds and about 4 inches, but after a suggestion from a friend on here, I compared these two pictures and damn, what a big change!

    This is my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding in September. When I first tried it on in October (first picture) it fit like a glove and was a size 16. Now the very same dress is literally hanging! Seems that I've dropped at least one dress size! I've been on this journey since just about October and I've only seen minimal changes but this is an eye opener.

      Thanks ladies! I was beginning to feel down on myself after going jean shopping a few days ago and still having to buy the same size I was months ago (ugh!) but this shows that there are differences for sure.

      Fantastic! I see a big change happening:) I lost about 14 lbs so far I can tell in my jeans other people haven't said a word. Someone I work with asked if I was still on my so called "diet" of course I am! Well the response was well doesn't look like it:( OUCH that hurt . Been at a stand still for a bit and I'm not giving up ever:) So there!!!

      Oh my goodness, that's so sad! People start asking me if I was losing weight at work between 8 and 10 pounds, they say they can tell in my face right now more than anything else. My jeans still fit the same. -__- You will get the praise you deserve, believe me!

      That is awesome!!! I was in the same boat - I may have to try on a dress I wore for a wedding right before starting. I have lost 20 lbs and some inches since then but I have yet to buy a size smaller in clothes (discouraging!!!) Maybe the dress is a tell all :)

      Yes, definitely try it on! I haven't had to buy smaller clothes yet either but as you can, that dress is hanging :) I think formal dress sizes are way different than clothes sizes like jeans and shirts. Weird, I don't get it, but somehow... :)
