    GREEEAT EVEN IF U HAVE TO INDULGE THERE R WONDERFUL 100 CALORIE ALTRNATIVES AT THE MARKET.AND I ALSO LOOOOVE THE PRODUCTS AT Aldis market has a wonderful line called fit & active everything from meats,snacks,down to chicken broth.Hopefully u hav one in ur town.
