HUGE NSV!!!

I am so excited!!! My bootcamp instructor asked me to help with the class! I am not a fitness instructor. I am not at goal weight. I don't have six-pack abs. I still get winded and have to take breaks in the middle of the circuit. I am a 38 year old, 5'9, 179 pound woman who feels so proud of herself right now!

I wanna brag to someone, but I don't wanna look like I'm bragging.

I know you guys will take it the right way. Yay for inspiring NSVs!!! Makes me want to get a run in tonight.

I have had the same experience at my bootcamp classes; I've had Personal trainers yell out to everyone to Mimic me and my form several different times.

I always love it when the instructor points me out, and then I think I should be more humble. LOL
