I feel a little hungrier now that i've started lifting weights. Is this normal? I started this past Tuesday...

Ok, I'll take note of that. today: lunch is tuna. Since I pacl my meals in the morning. maybe i'll try a predinner snack of high protein (some deli turkey slices?).0

Careful with lunch meats. They are super high in sodium. Take a look at the rest of your menu and see if you can budget in all that extra salt.0 -
