That's good that you can keep track of what you eat without having to constantly log or write it down. I WISH I could do that! Maybe I should try it! That way I would actually eat when I was hungry...not just because I have calories left for the day or worked out so I could eat more! I think I'll start tomorrow...see how it goes...do more of an Intuitive Eating kind of thing. :bigsmile: You look awesome, by the way! Keep it up!0
