I think there is a huge diffrence from where I was and where I am now. The scale might not have tipped a lot but boy oh boy how the inches have flown off!!

I am starting Insanity and getting serious about weights I cant wait to see where I am this time next year :D

    that is so awesome...I can not wait until I am ready to do a before and after...I can really tell a difference in my face so at the end of my 90 days I will post my before and after...You look so great
