I have been doing WW for going on 7 weeks and this is my 3rd week trying MFP. I just turned 50 in January and am making my goal to lose weight, get healthy and run a 5K race at the end of June. Looking to make some new friends on here that we can inspire each other, offer support, and cheer each other on.

Welcome to MFP, since I started on MFP I have lost 18lb. To celebrate my 60th birthday last year I jogged/walked 10k and to my amazement I completed in 91 minutes. You can do it. Add me as a friend if you wish. Good luck on your training. Lilian0
