100 Crunch/Squat/Push-up 21 Day Challenge!

I've tried several of these "100/day" challenges, and I never seem to be able to finish them. WHY?? My muscles need REST!! So I decided to start my own, where we rotate through different exercises each day. This will give our muscles time to rest before hitting them with another hundred!!

So on Day 1, we'll do 100 Crunches. Day 2, 100 Squats. Day 3, 100 Push-ups. And then we'll start all over again. I've create a group and typed out the whole schedule on the main page: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/13457-100-crunch-squat-push-up-21-day-challenge

I set this up for 21 days - most of the rest of April. We'll start Wednesday, 4/10, and run through Tuesday, 4/30, and be in GREAT SHAPE by May!! :drinker: COME JOIN ME!!! :flowerforyou:
