Fantastic! Congrats, I keep telling myself that if I don't see results in 1 or 2 months or if I have a slip up day, not to give up. Stories and pictures like yours give me hope! Thanks for posting!!! :)

I am sooooo proud of you!! You look great! Keep it up. I registered on myfitnesspal to track my food intake and so far haven't lost any weight. After reading your success story I am newly motivated and starting fresh. I only workout twice a week although after reading your post I realize that I need to up it a up bit. Thank you so much for posting!!

    Height: 5'7.5"
    Starting Size: 24W

    CW: 223 pounds
    Current Size: 14/16W

Goal: 150? (I'm not really sure; I've never been a healthy weight as an adult)

    What I'm doing:
1,200 calories/day, mostly lean meats, veggies, fruits
12+ cups of water daily, no other beverages
    6-8 workouts/week
Workouts alternate between: 50 minutes on elliptical, free weights (5x5), stretching on one day; C25K (just started week 7), free weights (5x5), stretching on the next day. I also completed 30DS and will still do Level 1 or Level 3 on occasion.

I'm a compulsive over-eater and I am attending OA meetings regularly. I have found that the weight loss is a happy side effect of working the 12-Step program.

I tried to make this as short as possible. Now, on to the pictures!
