Your food choices look good. What's your height? Also, do you use a scale for your food and a heart rate monitor for your exercise?

    Hi,

Don't know how long you have been doing it for, if not long then it could just be that you need to give it a bit more time. If you have been doing it a while you could have hit a plateau and will start losing again soon. If you are quite near goal there is more chance of weight loss stalling.

From looking at your diary, but I am no expert, you seem to be doing a good job.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I get a bit confused with all the BMR and TDEE stuff so maybe someone who knows a bit more about that stuff might be able to help.

    Good luck

might want to do more regular exercise. Maybe short 20 minute bursts of high intensity cardio and strength mixed training.

You obviously have a busy life with two little ones so this might fit better into your routine.

get 8-10 bodyweight exercises .... for example
    - jumpin jaks
    - squats
    - skipping rope
    - press ups
    - burpies
    - plank
    - lunges
    - bicep curls
    etc etc

plan a 20 minute at home time for yourself. Do each routine as hard as you can for 30 seconds and then rest in between each one. Then repeat 3 times.

This will help to increase your metabolism and burn fat and tone your muscles. The key is you have to go hard for that 30 seconds.

There are a lot of you tube videos which may help.

    Good luck

Do you drink enough water? Are you sleeping enough? Are you stressed out? On any sort of medications that can cause you to retain water or gain weight? Do you have some sort of medical condition that might make losing weight more difficult? There are all sorts of reasons you might have trouble losing....it's hard to guess.

How long have you been trying to lose and how long have you been stalled? Sometimes it just takes time for your body to catch up with whatever changes you've made.

Your food choices look ok--though there are days when you don't even meet your initial calorie goal, which is sort of low to begin with, IMO. But apart from that, there were at least a few instances where you only ate around 1000 calories and burned a bunch off as well. Not good....that's too big of a deficit and your body will want to hold on to whatever you give it.

Focus on meeting your caloric goals and eating back at least some of those calories burned through exercise, see if that changes things. You may need to up your caloric goal--I don't know, but first things first.
