Please criticize my diet.

So I started my diet and excercise about 1,5 months ago.
I generally ate oatmeal and proteinpowder for breakfast, followed by 2 chicken thighs and LOTS of kidney beans for lunch, then I went to the gym, drank proteinpowder + water afterwards, and for the evening I ate maybe some boiled egg and some fruits.
I also drank a ton of water every day.
I lost from 94kg -> 89-90 kg in about a month. And then I plateau'd at 89 kilos.
I decided to look over some websites and stuff, and I realized I was grossly undereating(I was really overestimating my calories).
I go to the gym about 5 times per week, and I do alot of compound excercises. Squats, Deadlifts, Pullups, Dips etc. Along with about 10-20 mins of elliptical. I stay at the gym about 1hr - 1,5 hrs depending on how good I feel that day.
I realized I was only eating about 1400 cals per day which was way too little, I calculated that I needed about 3000 calories to maintain my bodyweight.
So now I have decided to readjust my diet, and I wanted to see what you guys think of what I eat. I'm not gonna show you the exact amounts because I am way too lazy right now(maybe i'll add it later).
So I've bumped up my diet to around 2000 calories a day. I'm expecting that I will probably gain some weight at the beginning before I start losing.
DIET:
50 grams of groats in an intervall about every 3 hours,
35 grams proteinpowder + water in the morning,
2 Chickenthighs (without skin) for lunch, with some kidney beans
35 grams of proteinpowder + water after gym,
Random tablespoons of peanutbutter throughout the day( calculated to help me achieve my calorie needs)
If not peanutbutter, I eat almonds.
Since I generally don't eat alot of fruit, I sometimes buy some strawberries or eat some lemon with my chicken, I also take some multivitamin supplements.
Along with all this I drink about 4-5 Liters of water every day.

It depends what you're like but I'd get seriously bored of eating the same things over and over again.
Add some fun to that diet! Personally I think it's the only way you'll be able to stick to it in the long term.
Is there any reason why there's no veg or carbs in your plan?0 -
Hey, yeah my carbs come solely from the groats which have 75 grams of carbs per 100 gram, I do eat some tomatoes or red union with my chicken. Don't know if yellow/kidney beans counts as veggies but I also have those
I sometimes do treat myself to the occasional "good" food but it only happens once every week or sometimes every 2 weeks. Since I am a student eating like this is easy for me everyday since I can keep it as a routine
Oh and by the way, since i LOVE peanut butter, it kinda helps a bit hehe
A bit about my self:
I weigh 89 kilos, 179 cm tall, I am pretty strong and somewhat muscular, but it's all covered right now by a high fat %0 -
Is your fat intake high enough? a good number to go for is 0.4 - 0.6 Grams of fat per pound or a gram per kilogram of Bodyweight, fat helps regulate hormones and satiety. make sure your'e also eating enough vegetables for the micronutrients.

keep up the g work, i think your metabolism may have shut down to prevent weight loss due to the large caloric deficit which is common for dieters. A re feed day every 2 - 8 weeks depending on your current BF% can help.0 -
