    Hey there! I am trying to loose 30+ lbs too. I am only 5ft tall and let me tell you there is nowhere for the fat to go but out ;(

    I have 38lb's to lose! :D well, 32lb now..... Anyone is free to add me, i have an open food and exercise diary, so feel free to poke around also. I don't always have time to comment every day thanks to crazy work schedules ..but I always try and flick back through status's and see how everyone is doing :)
