Am I the only one that puts on a HRM when "doing it?" Either alone or with my wife.

I've logged driving as an exercise! haha

I would drive from the gym to home and my heart rate would still be sitting at an average of 100.

My car was a stick shift (aka manual) and there was always a lot of traffic which would require me to pump the clutch constantly.

In 40 minutes I would burn an extra 120 calories or so lol

    Nope:blushing:
I don't record it in my exercise log but it's fun to see the, ahem, outcome.

I wear a heart rate monitor for exercise and a fit bit for everything else. I take both off for sex lol. I don't need to rate as it always great with my husband ????

Alone? No. When I'm with your wife? Yes.

Driving a lot makes you fat. True story.

You found a website that reports what a persons BMR is + maybe a couple dozen calories burned added to it. Take the figure for sitting around that they give, and subtract that from every other activity listed to get an idea of your true calorie burn.

Hey, you burn like 400-600 calories when you sleep for the night, I should log that, it's activity right?

please don't tell me you actually believe this. in 40minutes you burned maybe 20 or so extra calories. the rest was your BMR.
