Going grocery shopping...

Hey guys,
I need to do some major grocery shopping this weekend. Any suggestions on some good healthy foods. I feel like i buy the same few things over and over again...

    hard to suggest without knowing what you "normally" eat..
    i mean for some people pesto is a HUGE change!

    turkey Italian sausage
    plain Greek yogurt
    egg whites
    Turkey sausage
    bacon (center cut is the best)
    lunch meat
    Snow peas in the pod

    portabello mushroom caps for stuffing or for marinating and cooking like a burger
    quinoa
    feta cheese
    mini bell peppers
    baba ghanouj
    tempeh
    nutritional yeast (for making things cheesy without cheese)
    seitan
    spaghetti squash
    frozen dark cherries
    agave nectar for baking and sweetening coffee and tea also try stevia in the raw.
    sweet potatoes
    These are all personal favorites of mine.

    +1 on these. I just tried these yesterday in the brown sugar sea salt flavor. They are addicting and healthy!

    Whatever works works! We are creatures of habit. I've been switching things up recently but I've found sticking to my same foods makes routine much better and I really only tailor my meals depending on if I need to add more nutrients
