Which Protein Powder.

I have only got a few lbs to lose until my goal but my weight isn't moving so I've been advice to increase my protein. I try and have as much protein in my diet but don't eat meat and not a lot of fish so find it difficult. I have been having the odd protein shake especially when I've had a busy day and doing a work out straight from work but now I intend to have a protein shake every day but which one.
Before I have used Advanced Pure Whey Protein from Holland and Barrett but there's so many on the market I am not sure if this is the right one for me. I don't do heavy weight training, just light weights and cardio workouts.
Which ones do other people drink?

I use Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% whey protein powder in the double rich chocolate flavor. It's a basic function protein powder but it's good quality and doesn't have that chalky, weird taste that a lot of them do.0

I've only just started with the protein shakes so far, but I did really enjoy 365 Organic Vanilla Whey Protein. It's around 16g protein, and low in sodium (which is something I'm looking for), plus! It tastes pretty darn good0

I use NOW foods Whey Protein Isolate, plain. I got it on amazon. The only ingredient is whey protein isolate (and some amino acids), no added sugars, carbs, sugar alcohols, other preservatives and chemicals, etc. One scoop is 25g protein,105 calories, 1g carbs, 0.3g fat, 1g sugar (naturally occuring in the whey), 40mg sodium, 168mg potassium. It doesn't have much taste, but I always mix it w/ berries, flax seeds, etc so then I taste them. I'm sure the vanilla and chocolate ones are delish, but I'm trying to limit my intake of added sugars and up my intake of protein and this seemed to be the best for my purposes.
For what it's worth there are a lot of recommendations on here for One Nutrition, seems to be popular.0 -
