Ever since I started crossfit I've been working out heavy 5-7 days a week. My diet isn't terrible but I feel like I've been gaining weight and my metabolism is just shot. Does anyone feel like this? Do you take 1-2 weeks off (I seriously just died saying that). Change up your routine? Maybe just put in some basic cardio w/ yoga? HELP!!

Try increasing your calories by 100-200 per day on the days you work out. I hit a plateau and my trainer had me increase my calories...worked like a charm.0

Is the scale actually moving or is this just a feeling? Also since no one can see your diary we can't make that many suggestions.0 -
