Hi guys. I have been using mfp on and off for a while now and have been a silent reader of the message boards. I saw so many of you helping each other out and giving each other inspiration and motivation...which is exactly what i need right now..i'll start out with a lil bit of info about me..
height: 4'11''
current weight: 120lbs
Goal weight: 95-100lbs
My BMI falls in the "normal" category but It's on the higher end of the spectrum and for a while now(past year or so) I have tried to lose 20lbs but always end up losing 10lbs and then gaining them back..
My plan is to eat 1200 calories everyday....do the 30 days shred by jillian michaels and zumba 3X week...Please let me know what you guys think about this plan..my goal is to finally get rid of these 20lbs and keep them off...any help or advice from you guys would be awesome!!

since your body weight is equal to my left leg, I dont know if I'll be much inspiration. However, I recommend taking the 10 off, maintain it and let your body adjust so you dont gain it back. get off the yo-yo diet. Then hit it again to lose the other 5 or 10. Im scared youre going to over do it it right away and burn out. Exercise to enjoy it and make goals for yourself to run a little farther each time. Losing weight is a marathon not a sprint. Good luck, you can do it, just dont kill yourself.l Ive lost 19, and have 15-20 to go, and have not set time table, just refuse to gain back.0
