You have to be 18+ to be here.
How tall are you?
Asking because your goal is 112lbs.
If you are looking for friend send out friend request. NOT me of course!

Btw that is pretty low goal weight for your height, consider revising :flowerforyou:0 -
Honestly I would add dontstopb_leakin. She is 25 and one of the most fitness oriented and supportive people I know. If anyone will be there to support you along your journey it would be her. Good luck.0

Just swat Matt like a fly.
That does seem low for your height.
Read, research, eat at a moderate deficit and exercise (lift, jog, etc) you will be successful.0 -

I dont even think she needs a deficit at all! OP you are already on the light side for your height!!!! why not focus on recomposition with some weight training,etc?0 -
I agree with the recomposition advice. I am 4 inches shorter than you, weigh about 131-132 right now, a size 4 because of lifting. Last time I was a size 4 I was 118 pounds. Start lifting weights, you might like the results better.0

^^ listen to this gal, she knows her stuff. You don't need to lose any more weight OP. It sounds like you feel you should because you don't like what you see in the mirror? You can change your shape through recomposition and look way better than you thought possible (and still be the same weight or even more, believe it or not)0 -
I'm not in the right age for your target demographic but I love surrounding myself with enthusiastic 16-to-25-year-old, fitness-minded girls. IN!0

Funny one^
Thanks for the advise guys.
Last month I was doing 1 hour body pump classes (which i loooove) around 4-5 times a week and could just start to notice the difference.
Unfortunately, I fell sick for two weeks and now I'm back to where I started.
Quite unmotivated to do exercise, as I am a lot weaker and have to use less weights.
I don't get the same rush and enjoyment out of it like I did before
Any advise for getting re-inspired?
I am pretty good with eating correctly, I keep it between 1200-1500 calories a day.
Apart from that I am feeling pretty energenic and powerful, just not at the gym.
(and I have no excuse! My gym is 100 meters down the road!!!!)0
