Inspiration help please! So unmotivated!

Last month I was doing 1 hour body pump classes (which i loooove) around 4-5 times a week and could just start to notice the difference.
Unfortunately, I fell sick for two weeks and now I'm back to where I started.
Quite unmotivated to do exercise, as I am a lot weaker and have to use less weights.
I don't get the same rush and enjoyment out of it like I did before :(

Any advise for getting re-inspired?
I am pretty good with eating correctly, I keep it between 1200-1300 calories a day.

I am 60kg (134 lb) looking to lose 10kgs ( 22 lbs ).
I'm not so concerned about the weight though, toning is more important to me.

Apart from that I am feeling pretty energenic and powerful, just not at the gym.
(and I have no excuse! My gym is 100 meters down the road!!!!)

Perhaps just getting out and walking every day will help get your strength back up to where you feel like going to the gym again. Once you see your body starting to tone again, you should be more inspired to do more to tone it up. I am a nurse and I know that being sick for lengthy periods of time can really wreak havoc on your muscle tone. Even if you lose weight while you're sick, your muscles become much more flaccid. Start with small things so you don't wear yourself out too quickly. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm a great motivator!! Good luck with your goals! :-)

You feel weaker because you eat too little.
    More food=more energy.

It's not like I physically feel weak, I just don't get that enjoyment out of it like I used to.
I might add an extra 300 calories to my day and more protein.
Usually I have eggs and bacon for breaky which always helps kickstart my day!
I have also been coffee free for a month now and feel fantastic.

Up your calories. With so little to lose, you should be eating a few 100 calories below your TDEE while exercising. Regarding your lack of motivation, you have to want it bad enough.
