losing weight while on medication

Hi all, My problem is that all the medications I have to take have weight gain as a side effect. It's possible to lose weight, but it takes a lot of extra effort. Is there anyone else out there with the same problem? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    I have the same problem too. It's like I lose weight but gain it right back even if I slip up only the slightest bit, but I'm going to try some new things and really keep track of my calorie intake.
