My 70 Day Transformation

Hello everyone, I just want to share my 70 day transformation and hope to be another inspiration story. I actually suffered from a severe right lateral meniscus tear from an accident at work, and went through surgery and was unable to walk or bend my right leg. I started attending therapy 6 months after surgery and my surgeon claimed my right leg was never going to be the same. He said that the only way I would be able to run or do normal exercises was if I would get a Meniscus transplant which no donors were available at the time. My right lateral meniscus was not removed completely, only cut and repaired, which means I still have some left.
I basically wanted to prove my surgeon wrong and I started doing light exercises.until I was able to bend my right leg 30 degrees. I attended therapy 3 times a week, and by the end of the month I was able to bend my leg 90 degrees. I did not give up until I was able to bend my leg completely. After I started to recover I was introduced to a home workout program by a friends of mine which I did for 70 days. I have to be honest and tell you that it was really painful just to get through the exercises and I even cried myself to sleep every other night just trying to cope with the pain. I didn't give up and kept pushing through each workout and 2 weeks after I was done my surgeon was amazed at my results. He said he has never seen anyone recover so well from a severe meniscus tear. I am very grateful to life and God for allowing me to obtain my health back. My leg may not be perfect but those who have 2 legs that work 100% have no excuse not to get the results they want.
