OK I am trying this out since its new on myfitnesspal... I was going to put in this recipe for enchiladas but how would you put in 1 pound of ground beef?

    Since a serving of beef is 3 oz and there's 16 oz in a pound, the serving count would be 5.33 servings of 3 oz.
