Hey everyone,
In the last few weeks I've been drinking Met-Rx Protein Powder after my workouts. It was pretty low in fat and it taste acceptable. Only thing is it really clumps up and as much as i shake it it won't dissolve to well (I'm also getting sick of the flavor
). I didn't buy another one since Protein Powders are not that cheap, but I'm almost finished with it. So, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on any Protein Powder that has worked out for them that is low in fat?
Thanks a bunch!

I love the Jillian Michaels Whey protein--comes in chocolate and vanilla--I buy it from QVC--I mix it in the blender with the yoplait frozen smoothie--I am at work but I believe that it has 15 grams of protein, 3 fat grams and 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber. I believe that I pay about 25.00 plus the delivery.0
