So one of the reasons that got me going is that i was losing vast amounts of hair. When I brushed or washed it even just running my hand through it a bunch of hair was visible in my hand or around sink/tub. I looked at myself this AM and my hair looks so different. I have been running my hands through it all day and the difference is amazing. Just thought I would share. It has only been 12 days and I can see a difference in it. I dont know if it is the one a day vitamin I have been taking or the change in diet but it is definitely better.
Anyone else ever had this issue? I was very scared but now I am a bit relieved and happy.

Your hair, skiin & nails are a direct reflection of the health of your body. So of course since you are eating healthier it is improving
Also if your diet is rich in good fats & you are getting enough protein - that is super good for your hair. The SAD (standard american diet) is very low in good fats and protein. It is mostly just processed carbs and sugar. So kudos on the lifestyle change!
