100 BURPEES (aka Squat Thrusts)
I know, I know... The dreaded Burpees, but they are a great cardio exercise that works out practically every muscle in your body!
**If you are new to this exercise or you have bad knees, simply step back into a plank, hold for a beat and stand back up.**

Are you feeling *really* inspired today? Try adding a jumping jack in between each one.

I hated burpees, but now I love them!! haha, suck it up or suck it in I guess.

Anyway I thought I would share those links because, personally, I always prefer working out with other people so youtube is the best option! Good luck to anyway whose going to go for it, I know I'll need the luck. Just remember your legs aren't going to fall off you just think they are :laugh:
