30 day shred
30 day squat challenge
30 day ab challenge
25 min jog three times a week
Aquaaerobics once a week
A 3 min ab video every night

Beach body here I come :)

    it looks great and doable, you go girl!!!:) just don't injure yourself, stretch, drink water, eat healthy:)

    I'm excited and nervous to start on Moday, never jogged in my life haha. Got my meals all set out and focused mainly on proteins and healthy fats

    I tend to start new life on Mondays ( I am not alone:)LOL:) Why not Sat or Sun? I've read somewhere Mondays are not really good to start, weekends are better, keeps you more disciplined. I agree with that now from my own experience.

    Aha I have to go shopping for weights and a new sports bra tomorrow and Sunday my family's coming around :)

    If you never jogged/run before, look up "chi running". A few videos on YouTube and probably find the book at the library. It's all about form!
